With over six years of experience in the food industry, Lydasia L. Prather is the passionate founder and CEO of The Greene Street Vegan. Growing up in a community where food brought people together, Lydasia was inspired by her grandmother’s legendary block parties and her uncle’s dedication to health and wellness. Her deep-rooted connection to culture and plant-based living drives her to create meals that not only nourish the body but also tell stories of heritage and healing.


As the heart and soul of The Greene Street Vegan, Lydasia’s mission is to provide the community with wholesome, plant-based meals while promoting sustainability and wellness.
